Pay Range Job Description We are seeking a Principal Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customised solutions. With access to our experienced teams and resources, you will contribute to our growth journey and work alongside some of the most successful individuals within our group.
Day to Day of the Role:Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.Understand client needs and pitch customised solutions to meet their requirements.Work with the wider team to develop effective, multi-channel sales strategies and campaigns.Liaise between customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth implementation of services.Take our Services Procurement proposition to market, generating interest from prospective buyers.Required Skills & Qualifications:Successful sales experience and a proven track record as a new business winner.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Experience in one of the following areas is advantageous:Consultancy/managed servicesPublic Sector ProcurementResourcing/recruitmentAmbition and a strong team ethic, with a desire to drive both business and personal career forwards.Full training and onboarding support.Access to a wide library of job-specific and broader attribute training.Ongoing sales support forums and collaboration.A 9-month 'no threshold' bonus scheme.A team bonus scheme.A clear career path to success.Access to the best industry tools and information, including a Reed in-house database, HubSpot CRM, Specialist LinkedIn access, and third-party database tools.To apply for the Principal Consultant position, please submit your CV detailing your relevant experience and why you are interested in joining our team.
