About the Role: Our client, a leading UK-based consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant - Workday Adaptive Insights to lead the delivery of advanced financial planning and analytics solutions.

Role Overview: As a Principal Consultant, you will spearhead the implementation and optimization of Workday Adaptive Insights solutions for a diverse range of clients.
Your expertise will ensure the successful delivery of projects, maintaining the consultancy's high standard of excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership : Manage the full lifecycle of Workday Adaptive Insights implementations, from scoping to post-go-live support, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships to fully understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
Solution Design : Lead the creation of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions using Workday Adaptive Insights, ensuring they align with client business goals.
Technical Expertise : Offer expert knowledge of Workday Adaptive Insights, staying up-to-date with the latest product features and industry best practices.
Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting a collaborative environment that supports both team and project success.
Quality Assurance : Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Business Development Support : Work alongside the business development team during pre-sales activities, including project scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.
Thought Leadership : Contribute to the firm's thought leadership initiatives by creating white papers, case studies, and participating in industry events.
Candidate Profile: Experience : 8-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Workday Adaptive Insights solutions.
Technical Skills : Deep knowledge of Workday Adaptive Insights, including model building, reporting, dashboard creation, and system integration.
Consulting Experience : Proven track record in client-facing consulting roles, leading complex implementations from start to finish.
Leadership Abilities : Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business terms.
Problem-Solving Skills : Analytical mindset focused on delivering innovative, practical solutions.
Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; a master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is preferred.
Certification : Workday Adaptive Insights certification is highly desirable.
