dubai principal consultant/director salary: £40k - £60k basic annum + OTE hours: Monday 8.30am-5.30pm, Fridays 8.30am-2pm location: hybrid or remote *must be willing to relocate to Dubai in first year at tdm* Join us, the UK's leading property recruitment company as we embark on our ambitious plans to become the go-to property recruitment in Dubai for UK professionals.
Your remit will be to build this desk from origin, acquiring new clients to add to our portfolio and helping to grow our network of suitable candidates.
You will have support from the senior team as the success of tdm in dubai will be your main focus.
As a lot of important client management is expected to be done face-to-face, so we will need you to be willing to relocate to Dubai after 6-9months of working at tdm.
During your first few months, you will spend your time working closely with the senior team at tdm based in Canterbury to ensure you have time to understand our clients, our industry and our way of working.
While you may be based in Dubai, you will still very much be an integral part of the tdm team and will benefit from our collaborative culture.
You will be provided with everything you need to succeed, including access to our internal marketing team.

key responsibilities Undertake business development tasks and win new clients/roles to ensure the success and growth of the Dubai desk Oversee client and account management to ensure repeat work and positive feedback Manage the day-to-day running of Dubai desk, with support from senior team but with the opportunity to make it your own Line manage 1 junior recruiter Ensure work brought in is correctly managed and responsibilities communicated Manage the complete recruitment cycle on both the candidate and client sides Manage and update the company database (CRM) in a timely and effective fashion Set and develop KPIs and revenue targets for your junior Provide regular reports as instructed by the Managing Director Oversee/lead team meetings for Dubai desk Look for new ways to better your team's working/environment & work with the senior team to effectively implement these changes Be part of the hiring process for new additions to your team Complete company or individual training when requested Champion marketing/content produced by the marketing team Be part of the senior team – attending meetings and working on meeting company goals requirements: 4+ years of recruitment experience in a highly technical industry such as finance, tech, property (preferably in the housebuilding/property market) Has established a recruitment desk internationally, with clear focus on business development Has a minimum of 2 years running the international recruitment desk – with demonstratable data to prove it minimum of 1 years direct line management experience ideal experience setting and managing quarterly/ half year targets and experience in breaking these down into weekly actions ability to demonstrate activity around managing and reviewing data/ activity analytics able to set and deliver and divisional strategy i.e.
