Principal Commissioning Manager – Battery Energy Storage Systems - UK (flexible location) Are you a current Commissioning Manager that specialises working with BESS across the UK?

Further expansion and global demand for their market leading renewable energy solutions has seen unprecedented global growth and the requirement to recruit a high-profile Principal Commissioning Manager.
The Role - Provision of effective leadership of the BESS engineering capability.
- Support to the Responsible Designer and Engineering Design Manager in the delivery of the projects.
- Develop, own, and deliver design, safety case, and commissioning strategies.
- Specify and provide technical supervision of commissioning and/or decommissioning, acting as Commissioning Lead.
- Completion of the project installation and commissioning work and successful handover to the customer.
- Manage handover to systems, ensuring that all drawings, instructions, and training have been supplied as required.
- Act as Principal Designer Advisor under the Regulations.
The Person - A degree in Engineering or relevant subject (Essential).
- Significant experience in the Renewable energy, Process or Construction industries (Essential).
- A good working knowledge of Technical, Health & Safety and Environmental Legislation (Essential).
- Knowledge/experience of contract management (Desirable).
