Job Opportunity: Principal IT Architect (3-6 month Contract) Location: Fully Remote Contract Duration: 3-6 Months Rate: £500-£600/day (Outside IR35) Start Date: ASAP A leading global financial services company is seeking an experienced Principal IT Architect to join their IT Operational Analytics team.
This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the VP of Cloud, shaping the long-term strategic vision for observability-related services.
Principal IT Key Responsibilities: Define the future tooling and architecture design for observability services.
Contribute to the overall vision and strategic direction of IT operations.
Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Principal IT Key Skills Required: Strong experience in creating High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
Proficiency with observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Cribl) and technologies like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in microservices environments.
Familiarity with Grokstream, BigPanda, and Moogsoft.
AWS Cloud certification is highly preferred.
