Job Title: Primary Tutor Job Duties: Provide one-on-one tutoring to primary school students Develop individualised lesson plans based on students' needs Assist students in improving their academic performance Monitor and track students' progress Required Qualifications: Knowledge of the Maths and English curriculum Experience in teaching primary school students Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching primary school students Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work in a classroom or student's home May require travel within Oxfordshire All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
