We are looking for an experienced special needs Learning Support Assistant for various primary schools in Maldon.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with and experienced working with a variety of SEN needs.

Job Duties: Support: Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN in a classroom setting Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans for students individual needs Use effective approaches: Monitor and supervise students during class activities, helping them understand instructions and tasks Manage and de-escalated challenging behaviour where needed, using positive reinforcement and behaviour management techniques Nurture positive relationships: Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the students' education, while also maintaining detailed records for the child's progress Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, so this can help the child integrate into school life more easily This role will be hands-on, rewarding and make a difference everyday.
