Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Academy Trust, and are seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to join their Primary in Congleton.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to provide high-quality support for students in primary and SEN (Special Educational Needs) settings.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher with lessons and activities.
Support individual students and small groups.
Help manage the classroom and prepare materials.
Encourage and support students' social and emotional growth.
Monitor and report on student progress.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications and Skills: Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is preferred.
Passion for education and helping students succeed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Relevant qualifications (e.g.
Teaching Assistant certificate) are a plus.
