GSL Education is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a highly regarded school in Southampton.
Starting in January 2025, this full-time position is ideal for an enthusiastic teacher eager to foster a love of learning and support students in reaching their full potential.
SEN experience is advantageous, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Role Overview: As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and motivate young learners.
You'll collaborate with fellow educators and parents to create a nurturing environment that caters to the diverse needs of all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Your role will be key in developing students academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons.
Tailor teaching strategies to support the diverse needs of all students, including those with SEN. Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to aid development.
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Set high standards of behaviour and serve as a positive role model.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications and Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Experience with SEN pupils is beneficial.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to teaching challenges.
Available to start in January and work full-time.
