Role Details Jobe Title: Teacher (T) Sector: Primary School Job Type: Temporary, Full Time Start Date: 06/01/2025 Location: Swansea Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm) Key Responsibilities -          Safeguarding children -          Have a good understanding of the primary school curriculum and be able to input it into engaging lessons and tasks.
-           Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment in the classroom -          Assess and track pupils development and progress -          Communicate efficiently with staff, pupils and parents -          Develop your teaching skills and be able to adapt your teaching strategies if required Requirements -          Qualified teacher status (QTS) – ESSENTIAL -          Primary school curriculum expertise- a strong knowledge and understanding with effective planning abilities -          Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to pass enhanced DBS checks.
-          Driving Licence ( not essential but preferred)   What We Are Looking For -          A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children -          Effective classroom management -          Excellent communication and listening skills -          Positive attitude and an excellent work ethic -          Able to work as part of a team efficiently All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
