GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Turnbridge Wells .
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students to reach their full potential.
Job Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher : Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Maintain effective classroom management and ensure students remain engaged.
Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to enhance teaching practices.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements of the Primary Teacher : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
A proactive and collaborative attitude.
Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
