Primary Teacher

Tempest Resourcing are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join a primary school based in Rochdale.
Responsibilities Plan, develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and cooperation among students.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning and well-being.
Implement school policies and regulations regarding behavior management and safeguarding.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices.
Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in Primary Education.
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Organizational skills to manage lesson planning, assessment, and administrative tasks effectively.
Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student learning and development.
Experience in a primary school setting is desirable, though newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
