Primary Teachers Wanted in Risca Job Description: Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Primary Teachers on the behalf of schools based within Risca and its surrounding areas.
Education Supply Pool are after a Primary Teacher who have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education who are a qualified Primary Teacher.
This will be to support any day to day, short-term and long-term positions on supply.
Joining supply is also a great opportunity to get experience within different school settings to expand your Primary Teacher experience at a flexible schedule you control.

The successful Candidate must: ·Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
·Have experience of teaching within the UK, ·Be able to set high standards, ·Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline, ·Plan innovative and creative lessons, ·Have the appropriate Education and Training, ·Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum, ·Maintain necessary assessment of pupils, ·Be able to inspire and motivate pupils, ·Be adaptable and reliable, ·Be a flexible and confident individual.
