What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You'll need the qualifications to back up your teaching passion.
Experience: Experience in a UK primary school, particularly within Year 4 or Early Years, would be a huge advantage.
Classroom Management: Your ability to maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment is essential to the role.
