We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a thriving school in Romford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled educator to inspire and nurture students at the primary level.
As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports diverse student needs.
Foster a love of learning and encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school community.
Maintain high standards of behaviour management, ensuring a respectful and focused learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and engage young learners, tailoring approaches to meet individual needs.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
