Primary Teacher

Job Title: Primary Teacher Type: Full-Time Start Date: 18th November Pay Rate: £150-160 per day About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a Good-rated Ofsted primary school in DE21.
This part-time role involves teaching Year 2 for two days per week and providing PPA cover for other classes on the remaining days.
This position is well-suited for ECTs and those with HLTA experience looking to develop their teaching career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Year 2 lessons aligned with the National Curriculum Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment to support Year 2 students' learning and development Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback Deliver high-quality PPA cover across various classes, adapting lessons to meet diverse student needs Collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents to support student success Uphold the school's policies, promoting a respectful, positive environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent Experience in primary teaching (ECTs are welcome to apply) Strong understanding of the National Curriculum Excellent communication and organisational skills We welcome applications from all backgrounds.
