Primary Teacher KS3 Full time, Permanent January start (April at latest) £31500 to £43400 + SEN Minimum (£2679) + Extra Duty (£2856) Billericay We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Qualified Primary Teacher to work with KS3 students, delivering a KS2 broad and balanced curriculum to students and ensuring the best possible outcomes for students.

The Academy is a Residential Special School for boys aged 10 to 16 who have an EHCP for Social, Emotional and Mental Health.
The purpose of the post is to secure high-quality teaching, effective use of resources and ensure improved standards of learning and achievement for all students.
The post holder will ensure a cohesive and personalised programme of learning activities, in line with the national curriculum.
The post holder will also have some pastoral responsibility and strive to ensure strong parent/carer relationships and have strong communication skills.
The post holder will support the senior leadership team (SLT) in raising standards and improving outcomes for learners, through the provision of high-quality professional services across the school.
