This role is perfect for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or experienced educators looking to transition from mainstream settings, especially if you're seeking a more focused environment where you can build strong, meaningful relationships with students.
Experience working with SEN children is highly desirable.
The Ideal Candidate Will: Be an ECT or a fully qualified teacher.
Show enthusiasm and the ability to engage students in their learning journey.
Be confident in managing and de-escalating challenging behavior, while staying adaptable and resilient.
Have experience working with SEN children, particularly those with complex needs or non-verbal communication.
Role Details: Hours: Full-time, term-time only, 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM.
Class Size: Small class of 6 pupils, supported by 2-3 experienced teaching assistants.
Contract: Initially until January, with the potential for extension or a direct contract.
Pay: Competitive, paid to scale, processed through PAYE—no umbrella companies involved.
