The school supports students ages 4-11 with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, offering an innovative, individualised curriculum that emphasises tailored educational and therapeutic experiences over traditional schemes of work.
About the role: We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join a compassionate team, providing support both in the classroom and across the school to meet students' unique needs.
The ideal candidate will bring a true passion for supporting children with complex learning and behavioural needs in a nurturing and encouraging environment. This role allows you to make a real impact by delivering individualised support, helping to promote student progress and achievement.
You'll work within a structured support system, with ample room to contribute to the development of each student.

It is essential that you have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this role is not suitable for ECT's.
You will have an excellent understanding of SEN and appropriate strategies to support young people.
You will be supported by a fantastic team so having excellent interpersonal skills and a great sense of humour is key!
Lastly, you must be proactive, resilient and willing to get 'stuck in'.
