With class sizes of around 10, you will be working as part of a large staff team who focus on providing an individualised learning experience for all of their students.
The school are looking for people who are capable of thinking outside the box and finding novel ways to explain difficult concepts in fun ways.
Many of the children in this setting have ASD or traits of ASD so any prior experience in this area would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities Work closely with children with cognition and learning delays.
Have the ability to stay calm under pressure and diffuse potentially difficult situations.
Work with the classroom teacher to create a fun working environment.
