TP Tutors are looking for a Primary SEN Tutor Job Description Job Duties: Provide tailored educational support to primary school students with special educational needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging lessons and activities to enhance students' academic and social development Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support   Required Qualifications: Specialist knowledge and experience in SEN education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs   Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field   Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with primary school students with SEN   Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises Strong knowledge of different learning styles and strategies Effective classroom management skills   Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, with flexibility required based on student needs Collaborative work with school staff, parents, and external professionals All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
