Job Title: Primary SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Oxfordshire, Wantage Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Create individualised learning plans based on individual needs One to one tuition Assess students progress Provide feedback Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree Experience: Proven experience working with primary school students with SEN Demonstrated success in implementing effective teaching strategies Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and needs of students with SEN Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student requirements Knowledge of relevant educational policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience in conducting assessments and creating individual education plans Working Conditions: Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling Work primarily in a school setting with occasional home visits Collaborative work with school staff, parents, and external professionals All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
