GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Lincoln .
This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in building confidence, overcoming challenges, and achieving their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities: As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant , you will: Offer one-on-one or group support to primary-aged students with SEN.
Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) customised to meet each child's needs.
Contribute to creating a positive and engaging classroom environment that enhances learning.
Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to provide high-quality support.
Support the social and emotional development of the children in your care.
Requirements: As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant , you should have: Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting.
Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach when working with young learners.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
