GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Grantham .

Responsibilities: As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant , you will: Provide one-to-one or group support to primary-aged pupils with SEN.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs.
Help create a positive and engaging classroom environment to support learning.
Work collaboratively with teachers and the SEN team to deliver high-quality support.
Foster the social and emotional development of the children under your care.
Requirements: As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant , you should have: Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting.
Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to working with young learners.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
