Primary/Secondary Teacher Or Teacher Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced teachers and teaching assistants to join our team at BT Academy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 3 students and will be expected to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Teaching Assistants will be responsible for marking the work and helping the students.
Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 3 students.
Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/carers.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of all students.
Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the curriculum.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in English education and share best practices with colleagues.
Requirements: Enhanced DBS.
Experience teaching in school settings.
Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Maths and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
