We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work with primary school children, providing 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children who have a range of SEN needs in both mainstream and SEN-specific primary schools.
You will provide 1:1 support to ensure that students are able to engage with the curriculum and thrive in a learning environment that is tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to children with SEN, assisting with their learning and development Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with teachers and other staff to support student progress Assist with behaviour management and emotional support as needed Support the overall wellbeing of the children Requirements: Experience working with children (Essential) Classroom experience is beneficial but not required Patience, empathy, and the ability to engage with children on a 1:1 basis No formal qualifications required, though any relevant qualifications are beneficial Flexibility and a positive attitude towards working in different school settings Why Work with Us?
