Your role will involve establishing a nurturing and supportive learning atmosphere, fostering outstanding academic progress among the children.
Joining a highly motivated team, you'll contribute to a dynamic and engaging teaching and learning approach, instilling a love for learning in our students.
You'll have the opportunity to work within either the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2), as there are three positions available across the primary school.
The ideal candidate will possess: Experience in building successful learning relationships with pupils of relevant ages Familiarity with the duties of a TA/LSA, including classroom organization and management Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs Proficiency in supporting curriculum planning and delivery, as well as differentiation to cater to individual student needs Demonstrated high levels of ambition and optimism regarding student achievement Evidence of improving student attainment and fostering excellence A collaborative and dedicated team spirit This Primary School LSA opportunity welcomes applications from experienced TAs/LSAs and graduates with a 2:1 or higher, keen to pursue a career supporting primary school children with mild SEN.
