Primary Recruitment Consultant (Education Recruitment) Location: Canterbury, Kent
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum basic + Uncapped Commission

What We're Looking For: A qualified primary school teacher with a passion for education. Someone who has strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. A desire to support and liaise with other educators in their job search. A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team. What You'll Do: Use your expertise to identify the needs and aspirations of educators seeking new opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with primary schools to understand their staffing requirements. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to placement. Collaborate with a supportive and dedicated team to achieve recruitment goals.
