Support student development : Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support, particularly for those with special educational needs or those who require additional assistance.
Assist with classroom management : Help maintain a positive learning environment by managing behaviour and supporting effective classroom routines.
Provide feedback on progress : Monitor and record students' progress, sharing insights with teachers to support tailored instruction and improvement plans.
Contribute to lesson planning and preparation : Collaborate with teachers to prepare resources, assist in lesson planning, and adapt materials to support different learning needs.

An HLTA qualification would be advantageous or previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
