Hours The site currently offers a 24-hour service and shift patterns Monday to Sunday- to to to (flexible).
Will include some night shifts too.
Salary This position can be full time or part time, youll receive an annual salary up to £40,211per annum depending on experience.

Main duties of the job As a Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary.
You will support the registered nurse in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening promote safe patient care develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.

Registered nurse Excellent communication skills Good IT skills and IT literacy Ability to work within a busy environment Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
