In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality.
Hours The site currently offers a Monday-Friday 07:30-17:30 or 07:30-18:30 Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays 08:30-17:30 Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £40,211 per annum - depending on experience.

You will Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients Undertake reception screening se your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse led clinics to your patient group whilst being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.

Current professional qualification NMC Evidence of Continued Professional Development Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working A non-judgmental and compassionate approach Excellent communication skill Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP and national standards Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
