Job summary The PCN Manager is a key leadership role that supports the Clinical Director (CD) and ensures the smooth running of the Maidenhead PCN with line management responsibilities.
Main duties of the job This role involves delivering a wide range of business, data submission, and improvement initiatives across the primary care network, providing strategic transformation support and leadership.However, the role of the PCN Manager is not just about managing services, resources and contracts.
The role requires leadership, which takes time and personal and professional development.The role requires a deep understanding of what motivates others and cultivating ways to inspire, build relationships, and foster a culture of collaboration and trust to achieve a common goal.The PCN Manager will work in partnership with the CD, finance management, the PCN Board, practice management, PCN staff, and other key stakeholders to advance the objectives of the PCN.
