Job summary We are looking for a motivated and committed Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to work within our Basildon and Brentwood Primary Care Network service as a Mental Health First Contact Practitioner (FCP).

Are you a passionate RMN, can you demonstrate?
A current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration Knowledge and experience of working with a range mental health difficulties An appreciation of how mental health and physical health issues affect psychological and social functioning Robust assessment skills including risk assessment and management The ability to work well within teams as well as independently The ability to establish and foster strong therapeutic alliances with patients Excellent communication skills IT skills - Microsoft Office/Patient record systems Skills and Experience: Essential: RMN qualification with current NMC registration Ability to travel in and around the Basildon and Brentwood area when the situation allows Why Vita Health Group?
