Job summary We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Clinical Systems arm of the Norfolk & Waveney ICB Digital Team.
The Clinical Systems team work with GP Practices across Norfolk & Waveney in the support and development of the main patient record systems SystmOne and Emis, as well as promoting, implementing and managing digital access systems, practice websites, social media, the NHS App.
It's a dynamic role with plenty to do.
Your skills in communication, training, providing good customer service and building relationships will be in use every day.
Main duties of the job Provide support to staff in Primary Care in the adoption of new technology and ways of working.
Design and deliver change programmes to enable the achievement of agreed goals and expected benefits, connecting with staff to facilitate and prepare them for the transition to new ways of working.
Supporting the development of the Norfolk and Waveney Primary Care Digital First programme capability by increasing our ability to accommodate and adopt new and innovative digital solutions and opportunities.
To lead and arrange workshops with relevant levels of staff to develop new business processes as required.
This will include developing workshop material including presentations to facilitate discussions with staff and reach agreement on how new processes should work.
Improving the adoption and usage of digital tools and solutions with Primary Care staff and act as a digital champion for these products and initiatives.
To map "as is" and "to be" processes in order to facilitate the change for project delivery.
To recognise and document changes to business processes working practices.
To work with colleagues including managers and clinicians to assess scope of progress, people (culture) and organisation change requirements for each project.
To support the implementation of business change components and to ensure that amended/new processes and systems reflect the operational needs of the patients, staff and Practices.
Review and evaluate identified digital solutions and initiatives.

Job description Job responsibilities The post holder will support the Clinical System team in the delivery of technology to staff in Primary Care, empowering process change through technology and being a champion of digital technology.
You will be required to create and deliver high quality training for all primary care staff in innovative and flexible ways engaging and supporting staff with their learning and development in use of digital systems (clinical and non-clinical).
Analyse and create work processes for Primary Care using clinical systems to assist with standardisation and improved efficiencies.
Supporting practices to expand and develop the digital first offer by identifying training needs and developing plans for the inclusion of all practice staff to meet digital training requirements.
