Role Overview Due to continued growth we are looking for an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to represent our comprehensive product portfolio, with a particular focus on Process Instrumentation.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, covering South East Wales and the South West of England, and contributing to the ongoing success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the full range of products, with a strong emphasis on Process Instrumentation, including Flow Measurement, Level, Pressure and Temperature to customers in the assigned region.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve sales targets and drive growth in the region.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, assisting in product selection and offering solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help shape business strategies.
Key Requirements Proven experience in sales, ideally within the Process Instrumentation sector or similar technical industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a designated sales territory.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Full driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
A proactive approach to sales with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Knowledge of the process instrumentation industry or related technical sectors.
Experience in managing or growing a sales territory or portfolio.
