Pricing Manager (GI) We're seeking an innovative and strategic Pricing Manager to lead our Travel Insurance Pricing team, driving impactful change in our approach to pricing.

About the Role As a key pricing leader, you'll spearhead initiatives that leverage new data sources and test novel pricing structures to enhance our long-term business value.
Collaborating with our Data Science team, you'll deploy advanced AI and machine learning applications, refining pricing structures for both core and add-on products.
This role offers a unique chance to shape our pricing strategy from the ground up, working closely with cross-functional teams and third-party providers to develop next-generation pricing solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead a high-impact team to develop and implement cutting-edge pricing tools that set us apart in the travel insurance industry.
Drive and manage third-party partnerships for new data integrations and capabilities.
Act as the main pricing contact, addressing pricing-related customer queries.
Partner with Data Science to apply AI/ML use cases, optimizing pricing across the value chain.
Analyze and refine our pricing structures to maximize long-term profitability.
Conduct pricing tests to understand customer behavior, including elasticity and traditional industry practices.
Review and recommend both internal and external data sources to enhance our pricing models.
Skills & Experience Minimum of 3+ years in a pricing or insurance role with prior leadership experience.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
Highly motivated with an ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
A 2.1 or higher in a numerate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with a programming language (e.g., SAS, SQL, Big Query) preferred; training provided as needed.
