My client is looking Pre-Sales Manager for EMEA to help mentor , develop and grown the existing team My client is a fast-growing SaaS company specialising in providing Analytics tools to specifically to the Retail and CPG Vertical Role Overview As Pre-Sales Manager for EMEA, you'll be a strategic partner to my clients sales and account teams, leading the technical conversation with prospective clients across the region.
You will manage a team of 7 Sales Engineers who are responsible for owning the pre-sales process, from discovery to solution design, ensuring that our solutions align with customer needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is both technically adept and customer-focused, with experience in enterprise SaaS solutions.
Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in leading pre-sales, solutions engineering teams within a SaaS or tech company.
Proven track record in engaging with enterprise-level clients, delivering technical presentations, and guiding complex sales cycles.
Technical acumen in SaaS architecture and solutions, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with experience presenting to C-level executives and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with competing priorities.
Experience with Data Analytics , Data Science , Relational Databases is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
