As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with both technical and sales teams, building strong relationships and contributing to the overall success of the business.

The Role Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide expert consultation on ERP solutions.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of the ERP system in solving business challenges.
Work closely with clients to assess their business processes, challenges, and needs, translating these into functional ERP solutions.
Develop and deliver clear, persuasive proposals and presentations to senior stakeholders, aligning ERP solutions with business goals.
Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement through to post-sale handover.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new ERP features, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions in the marketplace.
Support the sales team with the preparation of RFIs, RFPs, and tender submissions, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and technical accuracy.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions.
Required Skills Proven experience in a Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting role, ideally within the ERP software space.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, their functionalities, and their ability to drive business improvements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience conducting product demonstrations and presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to understand business challenges and map them to solution offerings.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, including Sales, Project Management, and Technical teams.
Experience with multiple ERP systems or modules is a plus.
