Premises Manager

We are seeking to employ a Premises Manager who has a range of building maintenance, DIY, caretaking and gardening skills to ensure that our school environment is treated with respect and looks as neat as possible.
We are a one-form entry primary school, situated in the beautiful village of Ferring.
We have extensive grounds and a lovely, large playing field.This exceptionally important role includes responsibility for:?Building maintenance and management, including unlocking the school during term time?Caretaking and cleaning ?Security of the premises?Health and safety?Gardens and grounds maintenance We are looking for someone who is keen to immerse themselves in school life, is hard-working and can use their own initiative, highly organised and personable.

The hours of work are negotiable.
We need someone to open the school and check security in the mornings but the exact working pattern can be arranged at interview.
