Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with an Pinxton based concrete casting company, assisting their search for a Precast Concrete Supervisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a physically intense, manual job and ideally the right candidate will have some experience working in a concrete based environment.
The Job: Using a semi dry mix to manually make concrete castingsStripping castings out of mouldsQuality checking and ensuring all products are up to spec, without any cracks or defectsTraining new hiresCreating and managing team schedulesEvaluating performance and providing feedbackAbout You: Supervisory expereince and leadership skills Experience working in a concrete casting (wet or dry) environmentComfortable with manual labouring and heavy liftingLooking for a long term opportunityHands on approach and an eye for detailFlexible working patternThe Pay:£15 per hour, overtime rates for weekedn work where completed The Hours: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 5:00am - 2:30pm.
