We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Manager to act as a key technical expert, supporting the sales process by aligning cutting-edge products with client needs in the satellite communications and technology sectors.
As the Pre-Sales Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by working with both internal teams and clients to identify requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
You will be responsible for providing technical expertise across our product portfolio, supporting sales teams throughout the sales cycle with customer presentations, demos, and technical proposals.
Your ability to translate complex technical features into clear, customer-focused benefits will be instrumental in securing new business.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the technical product expert for satellite communications products, including those from Cobham, Iridium, and Inmarsat.
Support the sales team with product demonstrations, customer presentations, and pre-sales engagements to showcase the value of our solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure technical content is translated into customer-friendly material for bids, brochures, and technical service updates.
Capture customer requirements for internal and external product development projects, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both customer needs and technical specifications.
Conduct competitor analysis to refine product positioning and highlight key advantages of our offerings.
Work closely with internal teams to drive the launch of new products and services, including coordinating product evaluations and supporting training for sales and support staff.
Requirements: Proven experience in pre-sales, technical product management, or a similar role within satellite communications, IP networking, or technology industries.
Strong ability to manage hardware suppliers and understand product capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Project management experience and a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
