Pre-Sales Delivery Manager Ref: BBBH56141_1730982679 Gloucestershire Pre-Sales Delivery Manager Stroud, Gloucestershire (hybrid working) £50,000 – £60,000 DOE pa + bonus + package (inc. private health care and dental) Full time, Permanent Hybrid working Concept have been engaged by a Gloucestershire based MSP working at the forefront of networking and Cisco technology, to recruit an experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager to join their professional services team.
This will be a broad role encompassing a range of technical and commercial responsibilities, working closely with management, sales, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to) Work closely with the Head of Professional Services, receiving mentorship and coaching, and supporting on the delivery and planning of projects and co-ordinating resource.
Work collaboratively with current and prospect clients to understand technical environments and commercial aspects, to create technical roadmaps.
Act as a point of technical escalation for network and infrastructure queries for the sales teams.
Assist with the creation of technical design documentation and statement of works.
Support the sales teams with tender responses.
Candidate Specification We can consider individuals coming from a technical Engineering, Project Management, Service Delivery or similar background.
However, we would need the individual to possess a strong technical understanding of Networks and Infrastructure.
While hands-on technical skills are not required, a solid understanding of key infrastructure components like switches and firewalls is essential.
The role demands a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong customer-facing skills, as interactions will include corporate and well-known clients.
Further requirements include: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to support with design and project delivery.
Commercial awareness and understanding of budget planning.
Ideally coming from a Managed Service Provider or Reseller background.
Good understanding of different network vendors and products.
Basic cyber security awareness As a Cisco partner, they support professional development, covering training costs and certifications, with allocated working hours for achieving accreditations.
