Pre Sales Cx Consultant

Job Title: CX Consultant Company: A Trusted Leader in Cloud-Based Contact Centre Solutions Location: Home-Based with Travel to London Office as Needed Reporting to the Head of Consulting, The CX Consultant provides specialist advisory, design and implementation services covering strategy, service design, operations, data, technology and people change in the contact centre arena for both current and prospective clients.
GENERAL RESPONSBILITIES: Presales Solution Design /Solution Delivery/ Post sales / Account Development/Marketing Experience required.
Experience working with Gartner magic quadrant CCaaS applications, processes, and best practices is essential.
This should include Omnichannel, Digital, Knowledge Management, WEM, and AI solutions.
A knowledge of telephony and networking and cloud services is also beneficial.
Minimum 5+ years in a Solutions Consulting or Customer Engagement client side role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client issues, design solutions, and make data-driven recommendations for business improvements.
Ability to learn, ask effective questions and drive individual performance.
Self-starter who brings high sense of urgency to assignments and goals Comfortable with ambiguity and change Proven problem-solving ability in respect to devising and implementing solutions to complex business problems Either 3+ years accredited Nice and NiceCXOne Presales experience in Design, Implementation and Post sales Support or 3+ years accredited Genesys or AN Other Gartner Magic quadrant Consultant work experience in Presales Design, Implementation and Post Sales Support
