Job summary Band 2 Receptionist/ Clinic Co-ordinatorWe are looking for a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual, with a keen desire to join our busy team who pride themselves on delivering high standards of care to all of our patients.
Full time ( hrs per week), permanent contract.
The successful applicant should be experienced in general administration and have a good aptitude for working with various in-house computer systems.
Our clinic is open Monday - Friday, 7am to 6pm.
The hour shift pattern will reflect this.

Main duties of the job You should be able to: Work well within a team, have excellent organisational skills, manage your own workload and time well, and be willing to be flexible in your approach to working hours.
You should have excellent communication skills and a reassuring, calm approach when dealing with patients, relatives, members of staff and members of the public visiting our department.
Although based in the Pre-Operative Assessment Clinic, you will be required to collect notes and documents from across the whole site.
