Pre-Construction Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appointment a Pre-Construction Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors.
The Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for: Managing turnkey projects from tender through to launch Ensuing all bid information is completed, acting as the key contact for all stakeholders Attending client meetings and managing the flow of information throughout the pre-con stage Developing design and project plans taking into account risk management and mitigations Working with external consultants Setting out budgets and margin expectations The Pre-Construction Manager will need: Previous experience of managing projects at the pre-construction stage as a stand alone role or as part of a wider management position Construction management experience Experience of managing costs at the design stage Excellent team management and communication skills Experience of working to deadlines Customer facing experience This role is a great opportunity to join a company with ambitious plans and a strong track record of delivery, working in a dynamic and supportive team.
