Job summary St Marys Surgery in Ely is takingover the contract to provide General Practice Services at Priors Field Surgery,Sutton from 1st April.
We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team andhelp deliver high-quality care in Sutton.
Main duties of the job As a Practice Nurse, you will play an essential role in the delivery of patient care.
Your responsibilities will include: Conducting general nursing duties such as immunizations, wound care, and health assessments.
Chronic disease management diabetes, hypertension, asthma.
Cervical screening, and vaccinations.
Supporting the clinical team with minor illness assessments.
Health promotion and patient education.
Maintaining accurate patient records in line with practice protocols.
Based primarily in Sutton, with occasional clinics and meetings in Ely.

Person Specification Experience Essential The ideal candidate will have: A valid Nursing qualification and registration with the NMC.
Previous experience in a GP practice or primary care setting is desirable, but not essential.
