Job Summary Practice Nurse - Part-time or Full-time (minimum 30 hours) Varied role that will include various areas of practice Very manageable workload with streamlined admin Key Duties Mostly face-to-face appointments Chronic Disease specialist - Respiratory experience and Spirometry trained would be ideal No expectation for Nurses to tend to home-visits Deliver exceptional and continuous care to patients Package and Benefits 6 weeks' leave NHS Pension Fantastic development opportunities £35,392 - £45,996 Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Other typical things (such as DBS, right to work etc.)
Experience in chronic disease management inc diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory conditions.
Previous Practice Nurse experience Qualified smear taker Imms/Vacs trained, inc childhood imms.
