Practice Nurse

20-37.5 hours Practice Nurse, GP practice in Ipswich, East Anglia, £37,350-£42,600 FTE, must have nursing experience within primary care.
An exciting new opportunity for you to work as a Practice Nurse in a successful, patient-centred GP surgery in Ipswich is now available.
The practice is well-organised providing excellent practice infrastructure and has a sustainable, clearly defined workload.
This role will allow you to enjoy working within a stable and supportive practice team consisting of Salaried GPs, GP Partners, Practice Nurses, Practice Paramedics and Clinical Pharmacists all working collectively to deliver excellent patient care.
Key Duties 20-37.5 hrs per week available Very well organised practice Friendly and cohesive team of GPs Excellent clinical support team including, Nurses and Pharmacists Central focus in the role is Nurse led treatment for patients with chronic conditions Package and Benefits Salary £37,350-£42,600 FTE NHS Pension Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements Registered Nurse with the NMC Possess the right to work in the UK Recent primary care working experience Ideally holding an independent and/or supplementary nurse prescribing qualification What Happens Next?
