Job summary Are you a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse seeking afulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and well-beingof your community?
We are excited to offer a permanent position for anexperienced Practice Nurse starting in March.You will work across our Welby and Swingbridge practices inBottesford and Grantham for 4 days per week (30 hours), between08:00-18:30.
Main duties of the job You will be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Youll work alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, minor illness nurses, and our dedicated practice nurse team, with additional support from skilled managerial, dispensing, reception, and administrative staff.As a Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, utilising your experience in General Practice Nursing, minor illness, and chronic disease management.Key Responsibilities Routine immunisation schedules Cervical screening Contraception reviews and family planning Travel vaccinations Chronic disease management Dementia reviews Cancer care reviews Health promotion and disease management Candidates must have experience in these areas to be considered.

NMC Registered Qualified Nurse Strong understanding of QOF, Enhanced Services, and CQC/NICE guidelines Excellent IT, organisational, communication, and clinical skills Experience of working in a nursing team is essential Experience in primary care and GP practice is desirable Post subject to DBS check WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU Indemnity Scheme Cover Competitive Salary NHS Pension scheme ( contributions) Sick Pay scheme Free parking Annual leave entitlement of 36 days of annual leave including Bank holidays.
