Job summary Cadwgan Surgery are looking to recruit an enthusiastic andhighly motivated practice nurse to join our forward thinking and supportiveteam.
The surgery is located in North Wales, by the coast.
The A55 is a3-minute drive away providing excellent links to Snowdonia and Chester.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced practice nurse with chronic disease specialities, but training will be provided as needed.
Main duties of the job The role of the practice nurse includes but is not limited to:Treatment room duties such as wound care and injectionsCOPD reviewsAsthma reviewsDiabetes reviewsCervical screeningChild and adult vaccinationsTravel vaccinationsContraception advice and reviewsAnticoagulation reviews About us We are a large practice of 12,000 patients.
The team includes GPs, clinical pharmacist.
nurses, health care assistants, receptionists, secretaries, and administration staff.
We also have support from other members of the trust who visit the practice weekly such as occupational therapists, audiologists, and midwives.
